Mistakes in responses generated by AI

The responses generated by AI may include mistakes. Depending on the robot model, settings, connected devices, network environment, and other conditions, the response may not fully apply to your actual operating environment.

Before making a final decision or performing any operation, customers are responsible for checking the relevant manuals and verifying the behavior in their actual operating environment.

The range of information that AI provides in its response

The information in which AI refers to is the manual title described in Epson Robot Manuals (opens new window). However, you may not be able to get responses about new products because it takes time to reflect such information to the AI Assistant.

The Manual Assistant’s reference link

If there is an HTML format manual title, a link to the HTML page related to the generated response will be provided. If it is only provided in PDF format, a link to the manual title of the PDF format will be provided.

The language used in AI response

The AI responds in the language that was input in the user prompt. To change the language, specify the response language in the user prompt.

The language selection function of the Manual Assistant will not be reflected in the language AI uses to respond.
