Noisy Feeder

As the feeder is device that moves workpieces using vibrations, it makes a noise.

• It is not abnormal for the feeder to make a low, muffled buzzing sound when there are no workpieces on it.
• If you hear a loud, high-pitched knocking noise (GRRR sound), the vibration amplitude may be too strong. Review the vibration settings.
• The actuator makes a noise when opening and closing the optional purge gate, but this is not a malfunction.
• When workpieces are placed on the platform, the workpieces make a noise when they collide with each other.
