PS compatible plate is used to use Manipulator fixing taps for PS series to the C4 series Manipulator.

Installation
KEY POINTS
For details of tightening the hexagon socket head cap bolt, refer to the following section.
- Fix the base table and the PS compatible plate with hexagon socket head cap bolts (4×M10×25) and spring washers.
Use dowel pins as needed to adjust positions of the base table and the PS compatible plate. - Fix the C4 series Manipulator and the PS compatible plate.
