Software Overview

The Epson Feeder Configurator is an application for adjusting and configuring our IF-A Series part feeders (IF-A1520, IF-A2330, IF-A3540) to maximize their performance. It is not compatible with the IF Series part feeders (IF-80, IF-240, IF-380, IF-530).

The Epson Feeder Configurator allows the following operations:

Vibration adjustment and vibration set creation and verification for the IF-A series.
Set up to 25 vibration sets independently for each workpiece
Create and verify up to 25 sequences.
Digital I/O operation monitor
Set the brightness and color of the backlight color
Set up the optional hopper operation
Set up the optional purge gate operation
Send and receive commands to and from the feeder using the terminal screen
Backup and restore the feeder unit's internal flash memory
Update the firmware of the feeder
Change the network settings of the feeder and perform communication tests
Read and write vibration sets and sequences to files
