Parts

A part is a vibration set that combines the following settings into one.

• Vibration parameters comprising 26 movement actions
• Backlight settings
• Optional hopper settings
• Optional purge gate settings

With the IF-A Series, data for 26 parts can be stored in the feeder unit. Part 26 contains the default values. Since it is read-only, the user can configure 25 parts.

By adjusting each parameter in the parts in advance to suit the workpiece used, you can quickly change settings by simply switching the part during workpiece setup, which helps reduce downtime.
