How to Set the Model

The Manipulator model for your system has been set before shipment from the factory.

• When changing the setting of the Manipulator model, be responsible and absolutely certain that the wrong Manipulator model is not set. Incorrect setting of the Manipulator model may result in abnormal or no operation by the Manipulator and could even cause safety problems.

If a custom specifications number (MT***) or (X***) is written on the face plate (serial number label), the Manipulator has custom specifications. (Depending on when it was shipped, a label with only the custom specification number may be applied.)

Models with custom specifications may require a different setting procedure. Check the custom specification number (MT***) or (X***) and contact the supplier.

The model settings of the Manipulator can be done using a software. For details, refer to the following manual.
