About the Environment

Cleanroom + ESD (Anti-static measures) environment specification

The cleanroom + ESD environment specification is a product that is based on the standard environment specification, which reduces dust emission from the Manipulator so that it can be used in the cleanroom. The specifications are anti-static, including plating on necessary resin cover parts. The voltage at the end of the Manipulator (tool attachment part) has been confirmed to be below ±5 V even after the measurement based on our standards.

Also, make sure to confirm the amount of charge of the hand that will be attached to the robot and wires.
