CVOGetProfile

This function is called when RC+ starts.
Set the profile information for your custom vision object in the CVO_PROFILE structure and return it.
For details on each setting, refer to the API Reference. Specify Properties and ResultProperties as character strings delimited by commas. For details on the properties that can be set, see "6.3.6 Properties."
