Use in Combination with a PLC

The IF-A series features a D-Sub 25-pin digital I/O terminal. This terminal allows you to control the unit via port control from external devices such as PLCs.

When the Priority bit (In15) in the 25-pin D-Sub terminal connector is turned ON, the mode switches to "PLC mode" for control by an external device such as a PLC. While in PLC mode, the following dialog box will appear, and all buttons in Epson Feeder Configurator except for [Close App] and [Export File] will be disabled.

When controlling from Epson Feeder Configurator, turn off the Priority bit (In15) on the D-Sub25 pin.
