Input parameters

Parameter name	Restriction
FrameNo	1 to 15 can be specified.
FrameData	0 to 15 can be specified for ReferenFrame. - In the case of a SCARA robot, specify zero for RX and RY.

There are no restrictions on the output parameters of this command.
