Wizard Flow

The wizard process is as follows:

1. Start the Wizard

   Select the [Adjust] mode on the vibration screen and press the [Wizard] button.

2. Select the Part ID on the Welcome Screen

   Once the Welcome screen appears, select the part ID you want to adjust.

3. K: Adjusting Short Axis Centering Parameters

   First, adjust the short axis centering parameters. Adjust in the order of frequency, amplitude, and duration.

4. J: Adjusting Long Axis Centering Parameters

   Next, adjust the long axis centering parameters. Similarly, adjust in the order of frequency, amplitude, and duration.

5. I: Adjusting the Flip Parameters

   Finally, adjust the Flip parameters. Similarly, adjust in the order of frequency, amplitude, and duration.

6. Verify the Set Parameters and Complete Parameter Adjustment.

   Once the Flip parameter adjustment is complete, the parameters you have set will be displayed. Review the information and press the [Finish] button to save the set parameters to the non-volatile memory inside the feeder unit.

If you do not press the [Complete] button on the parameter confirmation screen, the adjusted parameters will not be saved to the device.
