描述
開啟指定輸出位元。

輸入

Spel Ref In	來自上一個Spel Ref Out的Spel參考。
Error In	來自上一個Spel節點的錯誤條件。
Bit Number	選用。代表任一個輸出位元的整數。如果未指定Label，則會使用Bit Number。
Label	選用。包含輸入位元標籤的字串。如果指定Label，則會略過Bit Number。

輸出

Spel Ref Out	下一個要使用的VI的Spel參考輸出。
Error Out	後續Spel節點的錯誤條件輸出。
